Jalen Milroe, Domani Jackson, and other Alabama players made the list in the EA Sports College Football 25 trailer
The new EA Sports College Football 25 trailer included a lot of Alabama football. It was published on Friday. In the gameplay reveal for the next video game, the Crimson Tide made two lengthy cameos.
Jalen Milroe, the quarterback for the Crimson Tide and the game’s deluxe edition cover star, is beaten early in the game. It shows Milroe trying to roll away before a Georgia defender squashed him.
The following scene of Alabama’s play is then shown in the teaser trailer. A look of the Crimson Tide’s offensive line is seen, which consists of Miles McVay at right tackle, Elijah Pritchett at left tackle, Tyler Booker at left guard, a No. 79 at center—a number not currently on the team’s roster—at right guard, and Jaeden Roberts at center.
At Bryant-Denny Stadium, Milroe, still facing Georgia, drops back and launches a pass toward the end zone. The footage then shows Colorado’s Travis Hunter collecting an identical ball for a score against Nebraska before Alabama’s cameo ends.
Of Alabama’s two appearances in the 1:56 trailer, this one was the longest. Earlier in the video, the defense of the Crimson Tide was also highlighted.
A sight of Alabama defenders celebrating what appeared to be a turnover with a wrestling title belt was revealed. The Crimson Tide’s Domani Jackson is pictured with two players, Lane Whisenhunt and Keanu Koht, whose numbers match.
A fourth player is seen joining the group in celebration, but their number is hidden.
The reveal was a major occasion for fans of a series that has been inactive for over a decade since EA released NCAA Football 14. They will have to wait a little longer, though, as College Football 25’s regular edition won’t be available for purchase until July 19. The more costly versions, however, come with three days of early access.
