HUGE BOOST: Brylee Glenn Withdraws from Transfer Portal, Returns for Another Season, Giving Reasons Similar to Zyanna Walker

MANHATTAN, Kan. — In a move that will bring relief and excitement to Kansas State fans, standout guard Brylee Glenn has officially withdrawn from the NCAA transfer portal and will return to the Wildcats for the 2025–26 season.

The Oklahoma native, who played a key role in the Wildcats’ historic Sweet 16 run last season, made the announcement Tuesday morning, explaining her decision in a heartfelt statement.

“K-State is the only place I feel at home,” Glenn said. “After some reflection, I realized how much this program, this community, and my teammates mean to me. I’m excited to return and ready to give everything I have to this team.”

Glenn had entered the transfer portal last week, causing some uncertainty for the Wildcats’ backcourt. However, her return brings stability, experience, and leadership to a team aiming to build on last season’s success.

Head coach Jeff Mittie welcomed her decision with enthusiasm.

“Brylee is an important part of our culture and what we’re building here,” Mittie said. “Her growth, dedication, and passion for this place have been evident from day one. We’re thrilled to have her back with us.”

Glenn transferred to Kansas State from Oklahoma State and quickly became a fan favorite due to her hustle, defensive skills, and leadership. With two years of eligibility remaining, her return gives Wildcat fans even more reason to be hopeful for a deep postseason run next year.

“Coming back to this team, these coaches, and this fan base just feels right,” Glenn added. “We’ve got unfinished business, and I can’t wait to get back to work.”
