Clemson has landed a significant addition to its 2026 recruiting class with the commitment of four-star defensive lineman Kameron Cody from Savannah, Georgia. The 6-foot-3, 280-pound standout from Benedictine Military School selected the Tigers over offers from top programs, including LSU, Tennessee, Arizona State, and Georgia Tech.
Cody’s recruitment gained momentum earlier this year when Clemson defensive tackles coach Nick Eason made an in-home visit, ultimately securing the talented lineman’s commitment. Shortly after, Cody shared his excitement on social media, writing, “After an amazing home visit with @CoachEason1, I am blessed to say that I have received an offer from Clemson University.”

A dominant force on the field, Cody impressed during his junior season at Benedictine, recording 75 tackles, nine tackles for loss, and 6.5 sacks. His performance earned him recognition as the 53rd-ranked defensive lineman nationally and the 41st-ranked player in Georgia.
Cody’s commitment further reinforces Clemson’s strong recruiting presence in Georgia, a key pipeline for elite talent. With his size, strength, and athleticism, he is expected to make an immediate impact on the Tigers’ defensive line, helping Clemson maintain its status as a national championship contender.
Fans and analysts will be keeping a close eye on Cody’s development as he transitions to one of college football’s premier programs.
