Love Jr., a 5’8″ running back from Niceville, Florida, had initially committed to ECU on June 10, 2024. However, he has now decided to take his talents to Pittsburgh, citing the program’s competitive nature and excellent facilities as major factors in his decision.
As a high school athlete, Love Jr. had an impressive career, rushing for 1,352 yards on 152 carries and scoring 14 touchdowns as a junior at Fort Walton Beach. He also caught 18 passes for 193 yards and a touchdown while adding a kickoff return touchdown via special teams
