Indiana Fever President Allison Barber participated in a panel discussion at the 2024 Indiana Women’s Summit last month.

The president of Indiana Fever declared on Wednesday that she will leave her position at the conclusion of the current campaign. Since 2019, Allison Barber has served as the team’s leader.

According to a press release, Barber intends to assist in spearheading the creation of a new statewide initiative to empower women and girls in Indiana via sports.

Barber led the squad admirably, according to Pacers Sports & Entertainment CEO Mel Raines.

“We appreciate her commitment and eagerly anticipate witnessing the favorable influence she will persist in creating in her upcoming chapter,” Raines stated.

After the Fever qualified for the playoffs for the first time since 2016, Barber made his announcement.
