Michigan Football favored to land elite 2025 wide receiver
The Michigan Wolverines’ recruiting path has been a little quiet lately, but on August 20, things are anticipated to change drastically. The top five universities on the list of four-star 2025 wide receiver Andrew Marsh are Michigan, USC, Colorado, Texas, and Washington. Michigan is currently the overwhelming favorite to land the top prospect.

As of this writing, On3 is offering Michigan a 90.9% probability to land Marsh in addition to five forecasts that favor the Wolverines. Two crystal ball projections for the four-star wideout are in at 247Sports, and both have Michigan as their pick.
At 6 feet 1 inch and 180 pounds, Marsh is undoubtedly a little small, but his physicality and athleticism more than make up for it. He is comparable to the kind of wideout that Michigan has been successful with recently, such as Ronnie Bell and Roman Wilson. Marsh has expressed that he like the atmosphere in Ann Arbor and believes Michigan is prioritizing him highly for the 2025 class.
Here is the Marsh scouting report provided by Gabe Brooks of 247:
“A lean, wiry-strong receiver with impressive athletic markers in the broad, vertical, and high jump categories, who is also very productive.” Regular big-play maker mostly because of his athleticism and slick strength in run-after-catch scenarios. Despite having a smaller stature, he plays unconventionally, fighting through tackles and keeping his balance to gain extra yards. long-distance runner who can pick up some speed. had 400-meter times in the low 50s from early high school. 6-4 high jumper in my junior year. Large vertical and wide numbers indicate the ability to succeed in competitive situations. superior route-leveraging at this development point. uses a special combination of body control, balance, and deceleration/acceleration intelligence to find ways to slip by many defenders. entered his senior season with more over 2,400 career receiving yards, having gained more than 1,100 yards in his sophomore year. adds value as a possible option for a return in a game (one punt return touchdown in 2023). To maximize the previously described RAC playmaking against larger, stronger, faster P4 opponents, he needs to put on some bulk and strength. High-major receiving talent with real potential to be selected in the NFL Draft later on who might mature into an impact player.”
