In only a few days, the men’s singles tennis event at the Paris Olympics will feature some extremely famous players. The first seed will be Jannik Sinner, and the second seed will be Novak Djokovic.

Sinner will be representing Djokovic in his sixth Olympics, while it will be his first time competing in the games. With only a bronze from the 2008 Beijing Games to his credit, the Serb hopes to capture his first gold medal.

Carlo Alcaraz, the winner of the Wimbledon and French Open, will come in at number three after the two. The Spaniard, who has had some amazing form, will be making his Olympic debut. Alexander Zverev, the gold medallist from the Tokyo Olympics, is ranked as the fourth seed. Daniil Medvedev, who advanced to the quarterfinals in that competition, will be his opponent.

Alex de Minaur, the sixth seed, will be making his debut at the esteemed athletic event. He advanced to the Wimbledon quarterfinals for the second time in a row. Casper Ruud, ranked seventh, is another player making his Olympic debut. Ruud previously lost in the second round of the Nordea Open and Wimbledon.

Taylor Fritz, who is ranked seventh, is also making his first-ever appearance in the sports event. He is the American male player with the highest ranking.

In this, his first time competing in the renowned event, Holger Rune is seeded 12th, followed by Lorenzo Musetti at 13.

Felix Auger-Aliassime is ranked 15th, and Sebastian Baez is ranked 14th. Following Hubert Hurkacz’s withdrawal, local youngster Arthur Fils was added to the starting lineup.
