Jannik Sinner has shown his support for his girlfriend Anna Kalinskaya in loving fashion, cheering on her victory at the 2024 ecotrans Ladies Open in Berlin. Kalinskaya also expressed her delight at the Italian’s kind gesture.
Kalinskaya has kicked off her grasscourt season in fantastic fashion, storming back from a set down to beat Nao Hibino 2-6, 6-4, 6-2 in her opening match at the WTA 500 event in Berlin.
The Russian later took to social media and uploaded a highlight reel of her excellent display in the game, reveling over her triumph.

Jannik Sinner sent his love to his girlfriend in the comments, raving over her achievement with heart-eyes and fire emojis.
“🔥😍,” he commented.
Anna Kalinskaya conveyed her appreciation for the Italian’s support, responding with a kiss emoji.
“😘,” she responded.
Sinner confirmed his connection with Kalinskaya during his campaign at the French Open, while also emphasizing their wish to keep their relationship discreet.
“I’m with Anna [Kalinskaya], absolutely, but we keep things very discreet, you know my discretion… I won’t say more,” Sinner declared in a press conference after his first-round win.
Despite their desire for discretion, the couple has not shied away from being outspoken about their support for one another’s careers. Earlier this month, Anna Kalinskaya expressed her pride in the World No. 1’s run to the semifinals of the French Open, which received a heartfelt response from the Italian.
They also expressed their mutual support by cheering from the fans during each other’s matches at the claycourt Major.
Like Kalinskaya, Jannik Sinner has also begun off his grasscourt season in Germany, making a victorious start at the Terra Wortmann Open in Halle. The 22-year-old mounted a comeback after losing the first set to earn a 6-7(8), 6-3, 6-2 triumph over Tallon Griekspoor in the first round.
Anna Kalinskaya recently gushed over fellow tennis couple Alex de Minaur and Katie Boulter for winning titles barely hours apart from each other. The Russian has a chance to duplicate the accomplishment with her beau Jannik Sinner as they continue their separate grasscourt campaigns.
Following his triumph over Griekspoor, Sinner will square off against Fabian Marozsan in the second round in Halle. The Italian will likely encounter sixth seed Stefanos Tsitsipas in the quarterfinals of the ATP 500 event if he succeeds over Marozsan.
Kalinskaya, however, will face a stiff test against defending Wimbledon winner Marketa Vondrousova in the second round in Berlin. If the Russian emerges triumphant against the Czech, she will play Aryna Sabalenka or Daria Kasatkina in a spectacular quarterfinal showdown at the WTA 500 event.
