After a fan interrupted the German’s service routine with a marriage proposal, Graf left the audience in stitches by asking:
“How much money do you have?”
In light of the fact that she had lost that particular service match, the former world number one quipped that she might have to think about filing for divorce. “I lost the game, so I think I’ll ask for a divorce now,” Steffi Graf said, as reported by the New York Times.
