The tennis world was jubilant when Greek tennis player Stefanos Tsitsipas and Spanish starlet Paula Badosa revealed they are reconciling after their recent breakup.
The 25-year-old Tsitsipas clarified that the reason for the separation was because he felt overburdened in both his personal and professional lives. The couple was the subject of breakup rumors in September of last year.
Tsitsipas recently stated, “We’re together,” according to Sports DNA. “I’ll explain why there are people who fabricate tales about us. It’s not that I care, but I believe that’s not how others should interpret it. I did nothing wrong, and Paula did nothing wrong either. Being separated from each other was difficult, and I was also going through some difficult moments. I would say that because I was under pressure from the trip and my job, I didn’t manage it very well either. Combining my personal and professional lives felt like an impossible task, so I decided to take a sabbatical.

“After two or three weeks, I saw that she is someone who has helped me a lot, and when she made an effort to talk to me about meeting, I could tell how deeply in love we are. I came to the realization that my relationship with Paula is quite unlike any other relationship I have ever had; I truly feel like we are meant to be together and have a mutual understanding. And it makes everything I do more valuable, and I want her to be at my side as often as possible.
“So, yes, we’re back in touch and doing well.”
The precise date of Tsitsipas and Badosa’s reconciliation is unknown.
