In the second part of this month, the doubles draw at Roland Garros will feature a number of outstanding singles players, such as Frances Tiafoe and Stefanos Tsitsipas, among others.
Greece’s Tsitsipas will compete alongside his brother, Petros Tsitsipas, in the clay-court major tournament that will take place in Paris from the 26th of May to the 9th of June. During the previous season, Tsitsipas, who is now 25 years old, won a championship in Antwerp alongside his brother.
Tiafoe, an American, is teamed up with Dustin Brown, also an American. Tiafoe, presently No. 26 in the PIF ATP Rankings, has played tour-level doubles events in Houston and Rome this season.
Denis Shapovalov joins forces with Thanasi Kokkinakis, while Arthur Fils and Luca Van Assche, both of whom are French, are members of the New Generation of ATP. Alexander Bublik and Sebastian Baez, both ranked among the top 20 stars, are also competing. Currently, Bublik is competing alongside Alexander Shevchenko in the Rome doubles semi-finals. Ben Shelton is also a member of the team. Thiago Seyboth Wild is the partner that Baez uses.
Marcel Granollers and Horacio Zeballos will top the field, with defending champions Ivan Dodig and Austin Krajicek competing.
